Descrierea postului

For our client, an international bank company, we are seeking a competent candidate for the position Application Support Specialist with good knowledge of SQL, Oracle and Sybase.

Descriptions:
- Application support of a bank database system in SQL and MS SQL
- Application support of an Incident Management
- Application support of a Change Management
- Support for an internal company environment in a Bank Ledger Systems
- Implement changes and releases within the area of responsibility
- Conduct performance analysis and elaboration of optimization proposals
- Provision and administration of data backup and archiving environment and storage environment

Cerintele postului

Requirements:
-Experience with application infrastructure, with infrastructure and operating systems
- Good knowledge of SQL, MS SQL 2000DB, Oracle, Sybase
- Basic experience in SQL query tools, PL/SQL, Java and/or .NET
- Understanding of production system in bank area and good knowledge of bank terminology is a plus
- Safe use of knowledge in the field of service management processes
- Experience with cooperation in a project and in a support team
- Stress resistance
- Good ability to cooperate and to handle more than 1 service request at a time
- High result and goal orientation
- High service orientation
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexible and open mind person
- Education: College / university or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years professional experience
- Fluent English – excellent written and oral communication skills
