Civil Enginering Lead Contractor requires experienced Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyors (Contracts Administrator) to be site based. Our client has offices throughout Australia and is a well known brand in the industry, privatley owned and growing fast due to their performance and reputation on site. They work on schemes from $5m to $500m dependant upon the amount of packages they are doing on any one site. We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors that can work on a range of Civil Engineering projects from bulk earthworks through to surfacing packages on highways & bridges. The role will be based on a highways site reporting to the Project Manager on day to day commercial matters such as Day Works, Claims & Variations, agreeing subcontract packages and writing monthly progress reports.
The position is full time and for at least 4 years.
Salary $180,000 per annum base + Private Pension + Company Car+ Laptop + Phone

Cerintele postului
Applicants to this position must be Degree Qualified and need to have a certain level of English language ability plus computer skills.
The ideal candidate will have between 5-10 years Quantity Surveying/Contracts Administrator experience preferably on a Civils site.
It is essential that you have flexibility to travel within the week and demonstrate a willingness to create a stable career and build on your experience.
