Descrierea postului
Supervise and coordinates activities of workers engaged in planting and harvesting vegetables.
Maintaining all farm records including, chemical and fertiliser usage, irrigation,
plant and machinery maintenance records, production and sales records, payroll and
staff training records, workcover records
Training of staff in agriculture, horticulture and OH& Safety in workplace.
Implementation of processes to improve production of quality vegetables and fruit.
Co-ordination of activities of farm on a daily basis.


A substantial base salary in the $130,000 range + a further superannuation contribution +
a good performance bonus system that should realistically deliver a further $20,000 - $30,000
+ car, laptop and phone.
Cerintele postului
Relevant engineering degree on agricultural.
At least three years experience in agriculture and horticulture.
Staff and business management experience.
Current Drivers Licence and conduct basic maintenance on machinery.
Proficient computer literacy skills.
The ability to speak and write freely in English.
