You will work in an international organization that develops
and produces a niche product that is known by its unique
technology and flexibility towards the automotive customer.
Reporting to the Corporate Quality Manage, the aim of the function is to ensure that all activities in the plants spread over Central and East Europe are in line with the quality requirements. You conduct quality audits to determine quality risks and strive for continuous improvement. You act as point of contact for the several quality managers in the plants as well as for the commercial team and the automotive customer considering all issues that are related
with quality.

Cerintele postului
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering with
experience and supplementary training in quality and projects.
Min 8 years of relevant work experience within the domain
of lean manufacturing in a technical environment ( f.e.
automotive industry). You are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO TS certification and automotive quality tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC).
You have experience in the automotive business from the perspective of a supplier company.
You have a good command of English and/or French and you appreciate to evolve within an international environment (frequent travels abroad).
You speak fluently Romanian (required).
